Books are still one of the best ways to learn stuff fast.
Books allow you to learn from other people’s knowledge. They provide the opportunity for you to improve your health and your life, with information found right there in the pages, compiled and composed from the experiences, education, trials and tribulations of others who have walked whatever path you are walking, before you.
Learning from others speeds up the learning process, allowing us to compile our own information (the stuff that makes sense to us), and make decisions and changes much faster, and more efficiently than we ever could without the ideas and lessons shared in the books we read.
