Paleo Banana Pancakes: Just 2 Ingredients!
I’ve always been a pancake fan. I look back with fond memories to my first full time job and the staff cafeteria where they sold huge, amazing pancakes, slathered in butter. I think I bought one every single day for morning tea during the time that I worked there.
Ahhhh memories…. 🙂
So when I saw someone sharing this recipe a while back, I made a pact with myself to try it and I finally got around to it.
This has to be the easiest pancake recipe ever! No flours, no sweeteners, just banana and egg.
That’s right – banana and egg…
- 1 egg
- 1 banana
- Some cinnamon if you want it (definitely optional)
The how to:
- Mash the banana with a fork
- Add the egg
- Add cinnamon (optional)
- Beat well
- Cook in an oiled frying pan as you would any other pancake, turning when bubbles form.
